The practice of arriving inward through breath, movement, sound, and guided imagination.
Group Experiences
Unfold is a weekly 60-minute virtual yin yoga class rooted in softness, slowness, and deep listening. This is a space to gently open layer by layer, without force or urgency.
Together, we explore the quiet process of releasing what the body has been holding, allowing the breath to guide you inward and create space where it’s needed most.
Each Monday morning, we move through long-held, floor-based postures designed to support the connective tissues, calm the nervous system, and invite a deeper sense of presence. There is nothing to achieve here. This practice is about allowing—about giving yourself permission to arrive as you are and to open at your own pace.
Unfold is both a practice and a remembering: that your body knows how to soften, your breath knows how to lead, and everything reveals itself in its own time.

A Decolonized Approach
-
At Arriving Inward, the practices offered are invitations for personal exploration and self-awareness. Yoga, breath, hypnosis, and sound are approached as tools that can support reflection, presence, and connection with your inner world. Rather than prescribing a single path, each offering encourages participants to move at their own pace and listen to their bodies. Choice, autonomy, and curiosity are central to the experience. The intention is to create a space where people can explore what feels supportive and meaningful for them.
-
Many contemplative practices—such as yoga, breathwork, and meditation—come from long-standing cultural and spiritual traditions. These practices are approached with respect, humility, and ongoing learning, acknowledging the communities and lineages that have preserved them. Rather than treating them as trends or techniques to extract, Arriving Inward seeks to hold these traditions with care while sharing them in accessible ways. This approach recognizes that practices of reflection, ritual, and embodiment have existed across cultures for generations.
-
Much of modern life pulls our attention outward and away from the body. Through movement, breath, sound, and guided inner journeys, Arriving Inward invites participants to reconnect with sensation, rhythm, and presence. These practices create opportunities to slow down, rest, and explore awareness in a supportive environment. By bringing attention back to the body and breath, many people find greater clarity, grounding, and creativity in their everyday lives.
